Monitoring Sites

The ICP Waters monitoring network currently consists of ca 200 sites in acid-sensitive areas in 16 countries in Europe and North America. The rivers and lakes are sampled regularly under national monitoring programmes. The length of the dataseries is mostly between 10 and 20 years. Some sites have over 30 years of data.
